This lights you up and is the core of your brand.
You say: “I’m a Career Strategist”
And when I look at your site, I see lots of white space with a few articles here and there.
And when you tell me your Story?
I hear your courage for bucking the traditions and expectations of your family and how you built a successful career despite the challenges of being (usually) the only visible minority in your department. You want to spare people the pain of feeling like an outsider and to embrace their potential for an amazing career and life. When I tell you that you are actually a Cross-Cultural Navigator, the words land in your heart with resounding recognition. You give this to your web designer who builds your branding around this revelation- everything from copy to logo.
You are so much more than you realize.
